I have no idea what type of bug this is, but look at the cute little pattern on it’s back!
Also it makes a ton of noise when it flies around. Like an insect helicopter.

Haha, it’s all good. They are really cool, I totally agree! They’re really awesome animals, so it’s kind of spectacular when we actually get a chance to see them (usually it’s dark or they run away too fast - they’re super speedy!)
But yeah, it’s just very easy to be annoyed at them when they’re being loud at night.
It sure makes things interesting, at least, haha. Bears, huh? That’s pretty awesome!! And simultaneously frightening, yeah.
Those coyotes really get around, though, is there anywhere they don’t live? I haven’t seen any around here in a while though, I guess ‘cause it’s bobcat turf now.

Oh man. I live in a pretty quiet, out of the way, rural area, so we always get tons of little critters visiting the house.
Mostly they’re really awesome. I mean, the deer eat everything in our garden, and the raccoons and opossums steal our cats’ food. Then there was the thing with the snake eating the bird. And the really vicious mockingbirds. But all in all they’re fun neighbors.
But I do not like bobcats. Nope.
They prowl around out here in the middle of the night, screeching and growling. It’s really not fun to be woken up at 4 am to something that sounds like a human scream. I swear, if someone who’d never heard one before stayed here, they’d think people were being murdered.
But it’s that time of season again, so the bobcats are back to growl at my cats and wake up the neighbor’s dog. Real fun stuff.
